A state approved Certified Food Handlers class will be offered at the Grundy County
Health Department in March of 2010. This course will focus on safe food handling and is
recommended for all food service employees. The class will consist of 15 hours of
classroom time with a state exam given at the end of the course. The class fee is $90.00 plus
