Childhood Immunizations
- Vaccines are only available to children who are eligible for the VFC(Vaccine For Children) Program:
- Are enrolled in Medicaid
- Do not have health insurance
- Are underinsured (health insurance does not pay for immunizations)
- Vaccines: $15.00 each - Cash, Check, or Medicaid Card
- Immunization Clinics are held on Wednesday, by Appointment.
- Appointments required - Call 815/941-3419 for current information on vaccine charges and appointment.
- Child must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian
- Recommended Immunization Schedule for Persons Aged 0 Through 6 Years
- Recommended Immunization Schedule for Persons Aged 7 Through 18 Years
