Certified Food Handlers Class

The 15 hour Food Service Sanitation Manager's Certification class is offered at the Grundy County Health Department periodically throughout the year.

The course reviews the rules and practices important for safe food handling such as temperature management, prevention of cross contamination and good personal hygiene practices. The class consists of 15 hours of classroom time with a state exam given at the end of the course. The class fee is $115.00 and includes the cost of the book.

    February 28, 29 and March 1, 2012
    June 19, 20 & 21, 2012
    October 23, 23 & 25, 2012
