There is a vast difference between alternative and Integrative Medicine. The June 7, 2012 issue of The New England Journal of Medicine states that...

“Integrative medicine…is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapies. In contrast, alternative therapies are used instead of conventional interventions, often without evidence of effectiveness.”

This site is intended to provide documented evidence for the effectiveness of some integrative approaches which can complement the Traditional Medicine approaches we use in our practice.
